I must blog now. I hate letting too much time go by without posting here, or too many days without adding a new item to my Etsy shop . So here I am. And I and stressed. As I always am right before and preparing for live arts and crafts shows, I tend to stress myself. I don't feel prepared enough; booth's not ready, I don't think I have enough stock. Yes, I'm feeling a bit frazzled. I'm working alot right now, up at 4:00am, planning for shows, holidays, I don't have time to read, and I have books I must review; my house needs cleaning, my husband needs attention- I just don't know how other's do it! And do it all! I'm out of touch with friends- maybe folks just don't do it all! My Mom went to North Carolina and brought me back some fun polymer clay beads. Originally, I planned something else to post for today, but then I found that I was "tagged" on my friend, Deb's blog ! So, here, today, I'll attack the four questions that she asks. What's your favorite store to go into? Well, I must admit that Macy's is my favorite store to shop in. They have a wonderful selection of women's clothes, fancy cosmetics, and always a sale! 2. Do you keep a journal or diary? Yes, I do journal. Not everyday. I seem to journal when I am having a problem or issue of some kind, and it really does help to put things on paper. Writing is very therapeutic, and sometimes when I journal this way, I find the answer to what I was looking for right there on the paper! 3. What time do you go to bed? My Saturday morning started out as it usually does, chatting with friends, running errands. I went to a local art festival that a metalsmith friend of mine was in, to check it out. It is always good to go to a show before you decide to apply for the next show that a particular group might be having. It was quite small, not too much traffic. In a nice park right along the bay, so the view was really nice. It still is a little bit hot here, for me anyway. Here's what's new in my shop: Western style earrings I love working with mixed metals. It's just a great look. You can wear mixed metals for any season. Western rings Ok, sometimes I get on a roll, with a theme, oh well! More mixed metals, more twisted wire. Copper cone earrings A familiar theme? These are fun! And turquoise too!
