Post July 4th workout and update

I took off a week from running since my legs were hurting everyday, all day. So it was a bit challenging to start back up this week. I'm so greatful for the cooler mornings that we've been having. Today: 1.77 miles Weight: let's not talk about it; I'm on a see-saw right now. Eating fairly well. Staying away from sweets. Bought a new swimsuit yesterday, so can start swimming when it is too hot to run or walk. Not your traditional swimwear; I wanted something to exercise and do laps in. It's more for cross-training. Art Bead Love Chain Tour~It's my turn

I was so happy to win and get to share in the Art bead love chain tour! And what a surprise! This thing is a monster! There has to be over 100 beads on this chain. Here is what it looked like when I got it. And this is what I took from the chain. These are the one's I've identified: blue and white from imakebeads ; to the right (brown pair), silverfishdesigns Cube bead (next to the heart)made by Lori Anderson ; below, the set of 4, by ferrarioriginalbeads , and the teal and purple pair by imakebeads . HIDDEN MICKEYS What are hidden mickeys? http://www.hiddenmickeys.org/WhatIs.html You can check out this site if you have the desire. Some of you know how much we are Disney freaks. Yes, we are here in Florida, and tend to go many times through the year. Everywhere, all over Disney World there are faces or profiles of Mickey Mouse hidden. They can be found in the attractions, wall paintings, architecure, the ground, just everywhere! So we got obscessed about finding them. Ie: scavenger hunt. So we bought this book. And took it on own next trip to see how many we could find. I think I'm a master now, we have found some that were not even in the book.
