It's time to meet "Dizzy Dragonflies"

Etsy Blogger's Team feature for this month is "Dizzy Dragonflies".
Vicki, a member of Etsy Blogger's for a long time now has a passion for spinning and dyeing hand crafted yarn, and various knitted items.




What I really found interesting, is her blog, Knitting Dragonflies, where you can learn more about her, and her craft. There are some fun tutorials; one on dyeing yarn. Quite fun to read! Go have a look for yourself!

Post July 4th workout and update

I took off a week from running since my legs were hurting everyday, all day. So it was a bit challenging to start back up this week. I'm so greatful for the cooler mornings that we've been having. Today: 1.77 miles Weight: let's not talk about it; I'm on a see-saw right now. Eating fairly well. Staying away from sweets. Bought a new swimsuit yesterday, so can start swimming when it is too hot to run or walk. Not your traditional swimwear; I wanted something to exercise and do laps in. It's more for cross-training. Oh happy day!

Well! I'm feeling a little happy today! I made some earrings for the gallery and took them there. I have to admit; I almost don't feel like my current work is not "good enough" to be in this shop. What beautiful paintings, artisan made pottery, wall hangings, glass! You can find it here: http://www.paintedfishgallery.com Then I went and picked up my check from working last week. Came home to find 3 sales on my ETSY supply shop and 2 sales in my ETSY jewelry shop! Yeah! Now here's something for you. I'm having another giveaway.
