Here's what's for dinner tonight. It's a Greek meatloaf stuffed with feta cheese, olives, and sun dried tomatoes. (Left over from last night).

Tomorrow it's back to my "real" job. Up at 5:30 am. What fun.

Post July 4th workout and update

I took off a week from running since my legs were hurting everyday, all day. So it was a bit challenging to start back up this week. I'm so greatful for the cooler mornings that we've been having. Today: 1.77 miles Weight: let's not talk about it; I'm on a see-saw right now. Eating fairly well. Staying away from sweets. Bought a new swimsuit yesterday, so can start swimming when it is too hot to run or walk. Not your traditional swimwear; I wanted something to exercise and do laps in. It's more for cross-training. I tried some new snacks in this months box, so get ready for some chocolate! ~dutch cocoa sun-crunch These are cocoa flavored sunflower and sesame seed clusters. Medium strength taste wise on the chocolate, but I love the saltiness of the sun-crunch itself. 6 grams of protein per serving; that's pretty good too! ~dark cocoa almonds~ If you like dark chocolate, you'll love these! 4 grams of protein on these per serving. ~dark chocolate berry trail mix Out of the other trail mixes that I've tried from Naturebox , this one is my favorite. Oh happy day!

Well! I'm feeling a little happy today! I made some earrings for the gallery and took them there. I have to admit; I almost don't feel like my current work is not "good enough" to be in this shop. What beautiful paintings, artisan made pottery, wall hangings, glass! You can find it here: http://www.paintedfishgallery.com Then I went and picked up my check from working last week.
