It's time for the Picture of the Week


Boy, I wish I had this flexibility! And look at her muscle tone too! I love yoga, but I'm far from this level. I love this picture because it shows a woman of strength, control, power, oneness. What does it say to you?

To me it says that I really should have had that salad for lunch...hmm.

I agree about the control and power, bet she can't wire wrap though, so we've got one up on her! :)

Post July 4th workout and update

I took off a week from running since my legs were hurting everyday, all day. So it was a bit challenging to start back up this week. I'm so greatful for the cooler mornings that we've been having. Today: 1.77 miles Weight: let's not talk about it; I'm on a see-saw right now. Eating fairly well. Staying away from sweets. Bought a new swimsuit yesterday, so can start swimming when it is too hot to run or walk. Not your traditional swimwear; I wanted something to exercise and do laps in. It's more for cross-training. Oh happy day!

Well! I'm feeling a little happy today! I made some earrings for the gallery and took them there. I have to admit; I almost don't feel like my current work is not "good enough" to be in this shop.
