Sandcastle Kings talks about the 4 stories in the Bible in Luke Chapter 7. Preacher Rich Wilkerson, Jr. leads the reader through each story with its lesson on being spiritually bankrupt, finding Jesus and accepting the Grace that He has died to give us. The author deeply examines each story in his own words and explanations; some of which may appeal to a younger audience. Wilkerson does try to tie in his own personal experience throughout the book with the Biblical stories and principals as they are written in the Bible. My overall opinion of this book: It was a bit repetitive, a little boring and maybe better left for a younger generation to discover. The author’s wording/use of (slang) I can’t find a better word for it- didn’t hit home with me or fill my spirit or soul. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to finish reading it, just to get through it. Now I've tried other Deva Curl product in the past, and they just didn't perform that well for me. I got these complimentary samples from Deva Curl to try. They included: The new No-Poo Decadence cleanse and condition The new One Condition Decadence Ultra Moisturizing Milk Conditioner The new Super cream Coconut curl styler Overall, the cleanser and conditioner are made with quinoa protein and chufa milk providing maximum moisture to the hair. The coconut styler has coconut oil,(of course), jojoba protein, and corn starch (for touchable hold and frizz control). All Deva Curl products are sulfate, paraben and silicone free. This product was sent to me by the manufacturer for review and my honest opinion. The Midori Spring Matcha green tea powder is certified organic, premium, top grade ceremonial gold class green tea. It is said to have many health benefits, such as: "reducing stress and improving mental alertness, improving metabolism and helping with weight loss, boosting the immune system and helping to reduce inflammation and to cleanse the body of impurities". The tea gets its bright green color from the actual tea leaves that are ground into a fine powder. Instructions for preparation say to use 1/2 teaspoon powder with 2 oz of water at 162-169 degrees F.
