Custom orders and other stuff

I feel like I'm not posting enough lately here on the blog, so let me show you what I've been working on this week.
I had 2 custom orders for pendants. The first, a great lampwork bead, by Moon Stumpp. I used heavier gauge wire to wrap the square and added spirals for detail. This matches a pair of earrings that I made, to which this customer had purchased.

Then,(another order)I made this simple pendant with a beautiful richly colored borosilicate glass bead made by Carey of Sassy Stoppers.
I made a large double loop bail opening which will accommodate a variety of chain sizes. Hand forged sterling bead cap and peacock pearls. I oxidized it for a darker patina.

And now, here's a couple new anklets just listed in my Etsy shop today.
Girly, girl anklet:

And, the Midnight hour anklet:

All hand forged sterling silver links.
Anklets are just fun!
Now there's an article on top jewelry trends of 2010 that you might what to check out. Click here. Which can be found on the Posh Mama site (see my sidebar box) that has other great features and is a fun social networking site as well.
That's all from me for today. Have a great Saturday!!
